About Polymer Clay: Polymer clay is a strong, flexible material. It should not be stored in high temperatures of left in direct sunlight or submerged in water for prolonged periods. If worn with make up, you may notice stains, especially on white clay. This can be easily cleaned by gently using an alcohol wipe however repeated wiping could cause the clay to begin to erode. All clay items including key rings and bookmarks should be handled with care.

Item delayed or missing: The Daisy Garden will do their utmost to follow up with the shipping partner and/or will provide a replacement where applicable.

Returns: All sales are final and returns or refunds are only redeemable if product arrives damaged or breaks within one week of reasonable wear.

Item Quality: All items are handmade therefore variations and slight imperfections are to be expected. The most care is taken to provide quality products but they are not indestructible.

Findings and Metals: Items are intended as costume jewellery and are not considered hypoallergenic unless specifically noted on the listing for that particular item. The Daisy Garden bears no responsibility for allergic reactions to metal findings. Findings are plain or coated stainless steel. Tarnishing is also possible with costume jewellery.

Clay Cutters: To prevent clay sticking to cutters corn starch or lightly dabbing cutter on a damp sponge before cutting can help. Excess pressure should not be applied to cutters and clay should be well conditioned before cutting. Cutters are ineligible for returns.
